SaBumNim
Geeson was born on
February
15th, 1976
in
Silverton Oregon
.
He moved to Washington state at age 7. He lived in Everett
Washington
until age 17, when he moved back to Oregon.
He graduated from Charles
A.
Sprague
High
school
in
1994. In December of 1994 he joined
the United States Air Force. He
spent the next four months in Texas
training for his first assignment to Kadena AB Okinawa Japan.
The
next two years were spent maintaining fighter aircraft as an F-15 aircraft
maintenance apprentice. In July of
1997 he moved to Spangdahlem
AB
Germany
where he spent the next year and a half as a maintenance Journeyman.
While in Germany, he
was trained on various subjects such as leadership and management.
In April of 1999, the military took him to his current assignment at
Seymour Johnson AFB, located in Goldsboro
N.C.
Since this time, SaBumNim Geeson underwent many various training classes and
seminars to advance his skill level to Aircraft maintenance Craftsman.
His leadership and management training included managing personnel,
aircraft maintenance scheduling, training and product development.
In July of 2002 he was hired for his expertise as an Aircraft maintenance
instructor by the 4FW
Air
College
located on Seymour Johnson AFB. As
an instructor of maintenance, he was provided the opportunity to further develop
the leadership qualities afforded him by the military.
He has earned two associate degrees, one an associates in applied science
with aerospace technologies, and one an associates of Instructor of Technology
and Military Science. He is
currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business.
SaBumNim
Geeson began his Tae Kwon Do training with Master McCarter Jackson at Byung
Lee’s
King
Tiger
Academy
in
August 2000. His martial arts career
includes competing, judging, refereeing, developing and teaching adult and youth
programs, as well as coaching KTA competitors.

Instructor
Geeson teaches his students to believe in themselves.
He teaches them the power of positive thinking, and its benefit in their
daily lives. He hopes to become a
positive influence in the lives of each and every student and strives to leave a
lasting impression. He wants KTA
students and future students to believe that they can achieve anything they set
their mind to.
