As Head Instructor and Owner of the Goldsboro Byung Lee’s King Tiger Academy and King Tiger Academy in Tampa, FL, Master McCarter M. Jackson is continually striving to better each and every aspect of the academy, its students, and most importantly himself.  Master Jackson has been studying and practicing martial arts for over twenty years.  While training with him you can be assured that you will be able to reach your full potential and achieve your own personal goals.  Master Jackson’s martial arts career has taken him from training and studying, to teaching the award wining East Carolina University Taekwondo Club, to developing and teaching low impact women’s self-defense classes.  Master Jackson stresses the importance of continuing  education by actively volunteering well over 1000 in the Wayne County Public Schools.  Master Jackson and his students are always doing their part to make our community a better place.  In 1997 Master Jackson focused his attention to the domestic violence and abuse.  His academy joined the fight along side of “The Light House of Wayne County”.  In fact they held a massive martial arts demonstration and raised over $1000 for The Light House of Wayne County.
