In our Adult/Teen Program, the student will experience a combination of exercises for both the body and the mind.  On the physical side, we strengthen the body by performing isometric and dynamic tension exercises.  Optimum flexibility is developed through a gradual process of safe and easy  stretching techniques.  With deep breathing and concentration exercises, we relax the mind and sharpen response time so as to handle difficult situations without difficulty.
